Working Alone
Today is Martin Luther King's Birthday, a holiday for both the Government and where I work. Unfortunately my work load was such that I had to come in today. Here I am, all by my little lonesome, waiting on Visual Studio Service Pack 1 to install.
I must say though, it's been rather nice. I've been the only one here. Almost no e-mails, no phone calls at all, no coworkers, the coffee pot all to myself. Peace and Quiet to get things done. Hmm, I wonder if I could get away with sending a company e-mail declaring the entire week a holiday?
